2027 Forensic Social Work Alliance Conference: Creating Pathways to Hope

Collaboratively transforming systems in order to foster well-being, human rights, and thriving communities is not easy and the process and outcomes can be discouraging. Often, individuals and organizations doing this work feel siloed. That’s just one reason why the FSWA connects professionals, conducts evidence-informed practice, and engages in bold advocacy. This year’s annual conference is designed to create pathways to hope for all who practice at the intersection of social work and the legal system and will:

*Offer specialized knowledge and skills in unique forensic social work practice areas;
*Share empirical strategies to promote social justice and equity;
*Create synergy to identify innovative solutions to continued forensic challenges;
*Provide opportunities to network and collaborate with forensic social work professionals from around the world.

Join us in Las Vegas, NV to co-create these pathways at the Forensic Social Work Alliance’s (previously National Organization of Forensic Social Work) 42nd Annual Conference!

For over four decades, the FSWA (formerly NOFSW) Conference has been a cornerstone for academics, students and professionals working in the field of forensic social work. Now in its 43rd year, this go-to conference continues to bring together the field’s most respected voices and emerging innovators for a one-of-a-kind learning and networking experience.

Forensic Social Work Alliance, provider #1823, formerly the National Organization of Forensic Social Work, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit.  ACE provider approval period: 07/18/2026–07/18/2029. Social workers registered for ce credit who complete this course will receive up to 17.0 continuing education credits.

National Organization of Forensic Social Work is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0876.
